 ….mit Tomaten ???? Pizza??? Sind sie sicher sowas noch essen zu wollen???

DIES sind die Abfall-Kälber vom berühmten  Büffel-Mozzarella. Büffelkälber für die Milchproduktion – nutzlos werden sie von der Mutter weggerissen, weil deren Milch zu der “guten” MOZZARELLA-Produktion genutzt wird. 

Die männlichen Büffelkälber auch für die Fleischproduktion sind nutzlos. Zusammen geschnürt, sogar auch noch um das Maul, damit die Kälber nicht schreien können und die Büffel-Mütter das Brüllen der Kälber somit  nicht hören können! Einfach lebendig weggeschmissen, um die Milchproduktion nicht zu stören. GEZWUNGEN zu verdursten, zu verhungern und in Stille langsam zu sterben ….

Hintergrund:

Campanien in Süditalien steht für Büffelmozzarella bester Qualität. Damit Büffelkühe möglichst viel Milch geben, müssen sie gedeckt werden, ihre Kälber austragen und zur Welt bringen. Weibliche Kälber als zukünftige Milchlieferanten werden geschätzt. Stierkälbchen sind nichts wert. Das Gesetz schreibt vor, dass sie auf den Schlachthof gebracht, betäubt und geschlachtet werden. Ihr Leichnam, das Fleisch, das niemand essen will, müsste als Sondermüll entsorgt werden. Und das kostet Gebühren. Ziemlich viele sogar. Weshalb in Italien nicht wenige Büffelbauern das Gesetz umgehen: Männliche Büffelkälber werden ausgesetzt, erstickt, in die Jauchengrube geworfen oder auf andere brutale Art getötet. Die Behörden dulden diese herzlose, brutale Massentötung.

Tierärztin Dorothea Friz stolperte über diese unglaubliche Praxis:

Auf der Suche nach Straßenhunden, fand sie ein nur wenige Tage altes Stierkalb, das bis in die Ohren (!) mit Kot bedeckt war. Dorothea Friz dachte zunächst an einen Unfall und begann nach dem Besitzer zu suchen, während sich das Kälbchen in ihrer Klinik in Neapel langsam erholte. So kam sie auf die Spur der Kälber-Beseitigung. ” Ich habe sofort Nachforschungen bei den zuständigen Behörden angestellt und herausgefunden, dass in Campanien laut Statistik fast nur weibliche Büffelkälber geboren werden, was natürlich nach den Naturgesetzen unmöglich ist. Die unausweichliche Konsequenz besteht darin, dass der größte Teil der männlichen Büffel sofort nach der Geburt “verschwindet”.

Nach der Schätzung eines Universitätsprofessors in Neapel sind es ca. 50.000 männliche Büffelkälber, die jedes Jahr in der Region Campania zu Welt kommen und brutal umkommen.” Dorothea Friz hat die Regierung Italiens, die EU und alle großen Tierschutzverbände aufgefordert einzugreifen. Nach ihren eigenen Recherchen werden allein im Gebiet von vier kleinen Gemeinden in der Provinz Caserta jährlich 15.000 (!) Stierkälber “ensorgt”.

Einfach unglaublich grausam.

BUNLAR, ünlü buffalo mozzarella'nın atık buzağılarıdır. Süt üretimi için manda buzağıları - annelerinden koparılırlar çünkü sütleri "iyi" MOZZARELLA üretimi için kullanılır.

Erkek manda buzağıları et üretimi için bile işe yaramaz. Buzağılar çığlık atmasın ve bufalo anneleri buzağıların kükremesini duymasın diye ağzın çevresine bile bağlı! Süt üretimini bozmamak için diri diri atıldı. Susuzluktan, açlıktan ve sessizlik içinde yavaş yavaş ölmeye ZORLANMIŞ….

Arka fon:

Güney İtalya'daki Campania, en kaliteli buffalo mozzarella anlamına gelir. Manda ineklerinin mümkün olduğu kadar çok süt verebilmeleri için çiftleştirilmeleri, buzağılarını taşımaları ve doğurmaları gerekir. Dişi buzağılar geleceğin süt tedarikçileri olarak değer görmektedir. Boğa buzağılarının hiçbir değeri yoktur. Kanun onların mezbahaya götürülmesini, sersemletilmesini ve kesilmesini gerektiriyor. Cesedi, kimsenin yemek istemediği et, tehlikeli atık olarak atılmalıdır. Ve bu ücretlere mal olur. Epeyce. Bu nedenle, İtalya'da çok sayıda manda çiftçisi yasaları çiğniyor: erkek bufalo buzağıları terk ediliyor, boğuluyor, lağım çukuruna atılıyor veya diğer vahşi şekillerde öldürülüyor. Yetkililer bu kalpsiz, vahşi toplu katliama göz yumuyor.

Veteriner Dorothea Friz, bu inanılmaz uygulamaya rastladı:

Sokak köpeklerini ararken, sadece birkaç günlük olan ve kulaklarına kadar dışkıyla kaplı bir buzağı buldu(!). Dorothea Friz başlangıçta bunun bir kaza olduğunu düşündü ve buzağı Napoli'deki kliniğinde yavaş yavaş iyileşirken sahibini aramaya başladı. Buzağı imhasının izini bu şekilde aldı. ” Hemen yetkili makamlarla araştırma yaptım ve istatistiklere göre Campania'da neredeyse sadece dişi manda buzağılarının doğduğunu öğrendim ki bu elbette doğa yasalarına göre imkansız. Kaçınılmaz sonuç, erkek Öküzlerin çoğunluğunun doğumdan hemen sonra "ortadan kaybolması"dır.

Napoli'deki bir üniversite profesörü, Campania bölgesinde her yıl yaklaşık 50.000 erkek bufalo buzağının doğup vahşice öldüğünü tahmin ediyor." Dorothea Friz, İtalyan hükümetini, AB'yi ve tüm büyük hayvan refahı kuruluşlarını müdahale etmeye çağırdı. Kendi araştırmalarına göre, sadece Caserta ilindeki dört küçük toplulukta her yıl 15.000 (!) boğa buzağı “yok ediliyor”.

Sadece inanılmaz derecede acımasız.

THESE are the waste calves from the famous buffalo mozzarella.

Buffalo calves for milk production - they are torn away from their mothers because their milk is used for the "good" MOZZARELLA production.

The male buffalo calves are useless even for meat production. Tied together, even around the mouth, so that the calves cannot scream and the buffalo mothers cannot hear the calves roar! Just thrown away alive so as not to disrupt milk production. FORCED to die of thirst, starvation and slow death in silence….

Background:

Campania in southern Italy stands for the best quality buffalo mozzarella. In order for buffalo cows to give as much milk as possible, they have to be mated, carry their calves and give birth to them. Female calves are valued as future milk suppliers. Bull calves are worth nothing. The law requires them to be taken to the slaughterhouse, stunned and slaughtered. Her corpse, the meat that no one wants to eat, should be disposed of as hazardous waste. And that costs fees. Quite a few. Which is why quite a few buffalo farmers circumvent the law in Italy: Male buffalo calves are abandoned, smothered, thrown into the cesspool or killed in other brutal ways. The authorities condone this heartless, brutal mass killing.

Veterinarian Dorothea Friz stumbled upon this incredible practice:

On the search for street dogs, she found a bull calf that was only a few days old and was covered in feces up to its ears (!). Dorothea Friz initially thought it was an accident and began looking for the owner while the calf slowly recovered in her clinic in Naples. This is how she got on the trail of calf disposal. ” I immediately made inquiries with the competent authorities and found out that according to statistics almost only female buffalo calves are born in Campania, which of course is impossible according to the laws of nature. The inevitable consequence is that the majority of male Oxen "disappear" immediately after birth.

A university professor in Naples estimates that around 50,000 male buffalo calves are born in the Campania region every year and die brutally.” Dorothea Friz has called on the Italian government, the EU and all major animal welfare organizations to intervene. According to their own research, 15,000 (!) bull calves are “disposed of” every year in four small communities in the province of Caserta alone.

Just incredibly cruel.
