Tatsache ist, dass Mittels diesem Gerät per Mikrowellen Stimmen in die Köpfe der Bevölkerung gesendet werden und viele Menschen sehr große Schwierigkeiten haben ihren Alltag zu gestalten.
Viele Kinder leiden sehr stark darunter, unter anderem auch dadurch, dass sie verstärkt unter Kopfschmerzen leiden, die diese Besendung auslöst. Gerade in ihrer Entwicklung sind sie nun Einflüssen ausgesetzt gegen die sie sich nicht wehren können. Sie werden verhaltensauffällig und die entstehenden Folgekosten sind enorm. So schafft sich eine uneinige Regierung große Probleme im eigenen Land.
Arbeitsabläufe werden gestört, Ideen nicht umgesetzt, weil auf einmal Fremdgedanken im Spiel sind die ablenken. Wäre es ein Spielgerät für einen geschlossenen Raum so wäre der Spaß für die "Kinder" wohl ein großer. Hier aber vergreifen sich "Erwachsene" an einer Technik, deren Folgeschäden unermesslich sind und besenden die Bevölkerung, die dieses nicht will.
Schon werden Rufe laut die Technik nur im Experimentierstadium an freiwilligen Probanden zuzulassen. Eine andere Entscheidung kann hier auch nicht gefällt werden. Die Öffentlichkeit erwartet nun eine detaillierte Darstellung der Verhältnisse und ein Klärung mit dem Umgang des Z106, da zu erwarten ist, dass dieses Problem nur mit dem Statuieren eines Exempels aus dem Weg geräumt werden kann.
Evaluationsbericht Voice-to-skull
Die Adressierung von Innenohrnervenzellen erfolgt über Millimeterwellenfrequenzen und Modulationen. Jeder Mensch muss zu Zweck des Empfangs erst eingemessen werden. Menschen, die auf diese Situation vorbereitet werden, ist deutlich zu sagen, dass die Mikrowellenstimme der inneren Stimme gleicht. Sie ist zum einen lauter, kann unter anderem mit einem Zwicken im Ohrbereich und an der Stirn verbunden sein. Die innere Stimme oder die Mikrowellenstimme ist tonlos, d.h. sie kommt ohne Obertöne aus und ist damit nicht in der Lage unterscheidbare Kommunikationspartner zuzuordnen. Die Abhörsicherheit ist eine Frage, ob in der Sendekeule andere Menschen mit gleichen Innenohrnervenzellen vorhanden sind. Diese empfangen die Informationen des Mikrowellensenders ebenfalls.
Der Rückkanal, besteht darin, dass der Skull-Empfänger, per Hochleistungsmikrofone aufgezeichnet werden. Menschen die versehentlich, in der Sendekeule liegen und nicht aufgezeichnet werden, meinen dass sie „Stimmen hören“ weil sie mit der Mikrowellenstimme sprechen ohne dass eine Kommunikation entsteht. Genauer formuliert, die Menschen hinter dem Millimeterwellengenerator empfangen die so gestörten Menschen nicht. Technisch basiert der Rückkanal darauf, dass Luftschwingungen über Terahertz aufgezeichnet werden. Ein Vorgang der auch in der Terahertzmaterialprüfung bekannt ist (IHT, RWTH). Organisatorische Verbesserungen bestehen, darin dass man dem Skull Menschen einen One-Time Pad zur Verfügung stellt, mit dem er den Mikrowellensender abfragt (für Soldaten, ist das eine ständig ändernde Parole). Das Problem an dem Ansatz ist, dass der Skull Mensch lediglich die Betreiberorganisation identifizieren kann. Eine echte Authentifizierung ist das aus meiner Sicht nicht, da sich diese immer auf Menschen mit einer definierten Position in einer Organisation beziehen muss.
Mit der Thyssen Krupp Einheit arbeiten zugleich 3 Personen mit einem Skull Menschen. Diese müssen sich in der Kommunikation untereinander und mit dem Skull Menschen abstimmen. D.h. die drei Personen an der Thyssen Krupp Maschinen organisieren Verantwortungslosigkeit. Dieses Führungsprinzip gelingt selten. Zudem existiert das Problem der „stillen Post“. Das Personal an der Thyssen Krupp Einheit gibt mündlich Informationen weiter oder überlegt sich etwas selbst. Man kann von Polizisten nicht erwarten, dass sie Zitate übermitteln, aus denen Informationsverantwortung hervorgeht. In der Beamtensprache nennt man diese Vorgehensweise Abstimmung. Es ist dem Skull Menschen nicht möglich, diese drei Menschen zu unterscheiden, so dass für den Skull Menschen bei einer dreier Besetzung ein Information- Wirrwarr entsteht.
Doch sind das Informationen? Für den Skull Menschen bei dem Informationen im Kopf durch Mikrowellenstimmen entstehen sollen, gibt es das Problem dass er keine semiotischen Bezüge (Semantik, Pragmatik) herstellen kann. Ich problematisiere den o.g. Lösungsvorschlag zudem wie folgt: Der Millimeterwellengenerator benötigt Starkstrom und muss stationär betrieben werden. Aufgrund der Organisationsstruktur des BMI kommen nur die Standorte Verfassungsschutz, BSI und BKA in Frage. Zudem ist beim BND in Pullach und ggf. beim MAD mit einer solchen Einrichtung zu rechnen. Über opto-akustische Fernerkundungsverfahren kann in jedem Fall der Betreiber des Millimeterwellengenerators aufgespürt und belauscht werden. Die Reichweite der Terahertzmikrofone ist enorm (für viele Menschen unvorstellbar) und beträgt bis zu 850 km.
Voice-to-skull und die Würde des Menschen
Zu den oben festgestellten Kommunikationskollateralschäden kommt hinzu, dass es dem Skull Menschen nicht möglich ist, die Kommunikation mit dem Mikrowellengeneratorbetreiber abzubrechen, es sei denn es ist dienstrechtlich geregelt. Ich weise jedoch darauf hin, dass es bei diesem System immer das Problem gibt, dass der Skull Mensch nicht angesprochen werden möchte, weil er sich z.B. im Autoverkehr oder auf andere geistige Tätigkeiten (Lesen eines Buches), oder die Kommunikation mit anderen Menschen konzentrieren muss. Meine Anregungen mir einen Detektor und eine Fernbedienung zur Verfügung zu stellen, so dass ich als Benutzer wie bei jeder anderen Kommunikationseinrichtung, die Kommunikation aufnehmen und nachweisen kann, wenn mein aktueller Zustand es erlaubt. Wir wissen, dass die Menschen in der Sendekeule mit gleichen Innenohrnervenzellen und ich selbst psychiatrisiert werden kann, wenn ich die Mikrowellenstimme nicht technisch detektieren kann.
Die Psychiatrie hat in Deutschland bekanntlich das Recht die Würde des Menschen z.B. durch fixieren und sedieren außer Kraft zu setzen. Viele Menschen in Deutschland wurden zu Versuchen gezwungen, ohne Sie auf diese Technik vorzubereiten oder ihnen diese zu erklären. Innerhalb des BKA, auch im BSI bei Kölner und Bonner Polizisten wurden Selbstversuche angeregt, mit dem Ziel einen Evaluationsbericht aufzustellen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass die Erwägungen der Rechtsabteilung von Thyssen Krupp einfach ausgeführt wurden, ohne die Mittel einer wissenschaftlichen Gegenevaluation auszunutzen. Sowohl das LZPD als auch die Innenministerien in NRW und im BMI verweigerten vielen Probanden eine Legal Klausel und die damit verbundene Entschädigung. Ich weise an dieser Stelle auf das noch ausstehende Rechtsmedizinische Gutachten hin.
Experimente: voice-to-skull führt beim Badminton zu Konzentrationsproblemen. Die meisten Menschen benötigen bei Mannschaftssportarten (Doppel im Badminton) eine innere Stimme und ihren Mund, um sich mit dem Partner zu synchronisieren. Die Mikrowellenstimme kostet Denkzeit und kostet Millisekunden oder Sekunden, die bei der Synchronisation mit dem Partner fehlen.
Es gibt - und das schreibe ich als Informatiker - nur einen verbalen Denkprozess - nur eine innere Stimme, die durch die Mikrowellenstimme überdeckt wird. Transfer: ABD Ordusu projeyi terk etti. ABD askerleri daha çok takım sporlarıyla ilgileniyor. Askerler elbette dilsel olarak iletişim kurmak isterler ve bir ekip olarak ses-kafatasından rahatsız olurlar.
