 The MKUltra project was at its peak over 60 years ago and things have changed a lot since then.  We are now entering an era in which advances in technology are giving NWO conspirators influence over a new realm - control of emotions, or more precisely, control of the entire mind-feeling nexus in the human body.  I'm talking about microchips, tiny electronic devices that go under your skin and receive and transmit information.  Although it was a while ago microchips are now out of date.  What we are facing is a bit much smaller than a microchip and therefore much more of a threat: nanochips and smart dust.

 What is a nanochip?

 What is a nanochip?  The word "nano" is 3 orders of magnitude smaller than "micro".  Nano means "one billionth" while micro means "one millionth".  While microchips are roughly the size of a grain of rice and are measured in millimeters, nanochips are completely invisible to the human eye.  Some nanochips are much smaller than human hair (e.g. the μ-chip 0.4 x 0.4 mm).  In 2015, IBM announced that they had developed functional nanochips that measure just 7 nm, or nanometers (7 billionths of a meter).  In comparison, a strand of human DNA is around 2.5 nm and the diameter of a single red blood cell is around 7500 nm!  These nanochips are self-sufficient with their surroundings (they do not need batteries) and have a lifespan of 100 years.  They are intended to be rolled out onto products first (so that the corporatocracy can know all consumer behavior in real time) before they can be used in people's bodies.  Did you know that nerve cells grow / fuse with the chip?

 In this video from Leak Project, the host claims that the NWO wants to introduce 100 trillion nanochips into the world so that literally every single thing in the world is tagged, including you.  It contains many patents and other documents as evidence of this agenda.  He names the company HP (Hewlett Packard) as the executor of the plan to construct a synthetic central nervous system for the earth - by connecting all resources and people in real time.

 What is Smart Dust?

 Perhaps you already know the "Smart" agenda, or rather the Smart Deception.  For the newbies, the smart agenda is to create a huge electromagnetic web or network that spans the entire earth.  Anything that moves will be tagged with some type of sensor or dust that connects it to the power grid - including household products, appliances, food / beverages, animals, plants, and humans.  Smart Dust is another name for these motes, which act as minicomputers, broadcasters, and receivers.  They are small wireless microelectromechanical sensors (MEMS).  As of 2013, a mote was about the size of a grain of rice, but as technology advances, these are getting smaller and smaller.  The eyes can be ingested through food (as discussed below).

 The Smart Agenda is basically synonymous with the UN Agenda 21 or the 2030 Agenda, and the Smart Grid is synonymous with the IoT (Internet of Things), which the new 5G network will also use to achieve the desired degrees of saturation.

 While this type of technology can be used for the benefit of humanity, like many other things, it has been armed today.  The existence of intelligent dust poses a massive threat to the sovereignty of every living person.  What we have to do is nothing less than the attempted technological possession of humanity.

 Delivery systems for nanochips and smart dust

 Solutions: How to Remove a Chip
