Man wünschte sich, das politische Bewusstsein wäre mehr wie vor 50 Jahren. 

Da wäre die Politik mit dem Infektionsschutzgesetz nicht durchgekommen. Da war das gesellschaftliche Bewusstsein vor dem Faschismus noch warm, das war noch präsent in den Köpfen. 

Heute sind wir geschichtsvergessen. 

Kennen keine Granaten mehr oder den Fliegeralarm. Keine Hausdurchsuchungen oder Mobilmachungen. Im Jahr 1968 hatte man das alles aber noch im Ohr, und ist schon wegen viel weniger auf die Barrikaden gegangen. 

Damals hat die CDU schon Jahre zuvor versucht, Notstandsgesetze mit Grundrechtsentzug zu installieren ist aber immer wieder am Gegenwind der FDP gescheitert. Als es 1966 zur Bildung der ersten Großen Koalition zwischen CDU und SPD kam, gab es dann endlich die erwünschte Macht. In der Geschichte wiederholt sich doch eben alles irgendwie. So war es die erste GroKo, die den Grundrechten den ersten Nackenschlag verpassten und es ist die letzte GroKo für lange Zeit, die uns den Todesstoß geben will. 

Und wie so oft in der Geschichte, 

wer hat uns verraten, Sozialdemokraten! 

Anders als heute, regte sich großer Widerstand gegen das Vorhaben. Große Demonstrationen fanden statt und Berühmtheiten wie der Schriftsteller Heinrich Böll solidarisierten sich. Angetrieben wurden die Proteste von Gewerkschaften und Studenten und unterstützt von Wirtschaft, Kultur und Kirchen. Undenkbar heute. Und damals war man auch noch kein Nazi, wenn man für Grundrechte auf die Straße ging.

Skandiert wurden Sätze wie: „SPD und CDU, lasst das Grundgesetz in Ruh.“

Damals war einfach noch nachhaltiger im Gedächtnis, dass es kein Zufall oder eine Nachlässigkeit war, das solch eine Ermächtigung nicht im Grundgesetz steht. Der ursprüngliche Entwurf des Verfassungskonvent im August 1948 hat nämlich eine exekutive Notverordnung enthalten, samt Grundrechtssuspendierungen was sich an der Weimarer Verfassung orientierte. Mit so ziemlich genau den Ermächtigungen, die wir jetzt gerade erleben. Die Regierung sollte das Recht bekommen, bei einem Notstand Verordnungen erlassen zu dürfen und Grundrechte außer Kraft zu setzen. Auch den Ländern gegenüber waren sie weisungsbefugt. 

Man hat diesen Artikel aber wieder aktiv raus gestrichen. Weil der Parlamentarische Rat mit dem Artikel 48 einfach zu schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht hat. Schließlich war dieser Artikel einer der Sargnägel der deutschen Demokratie und verhalf Hitler zur Macht. Nach dem inszenierten Reichstagsbrand 1933 führten die Nationalsozialisten mit der, Zitat: „Notverordnung zum Schutze von Volk und Staat“ den permanenten Ausnahmezustand ein. Wer hier Parallelen zur aktuellen Situation oder dem „Bevölkerungsschutzgesetz“ findet, darf sie behalten.

Die Menschen damals 1968, die auf die Straßen gingen, konnten zwar den Beschluss nicht verhindern, aber Sie konnten mit ihrem Protest und ihren Druck zwei sogenannte Besänftigungsänderungen erreichen. Eine davon war Artikel 20, Absatz 4. Eine Notbremse für die Bevölkerung, falls jemand diese Gesetze nutzen sollte, um die Demokratie zu verderben. Ein Widerstandsrecht für die Bürger, das greift, wenn andere Abhilfe nicht mehr möglich ist! 

Es wird interessant sein, zu beobachten, ob auch hier die Geschichte ihre Wiederholungen zeigt und die SPD dieses Widerstandsrecht einführt und am Ende gar noch auslöst. In diesem Zusammenhang wird es spannend zu sehen, wie das Haupturteil in Karlsruhe ausfällt. Das könnte aber im schlechtesten Fall noch Jahre dauern. Vor einem solchen Urteil wird es schwer sein, die fehlende Abhilfe rechtlich einwandfrei Nachzuweisen. Aber es ist allein schon erschreckend zu sehen, wie nahe wir einer solchen Geschichtlichen Einmaligkeit sind. 

Auch der frühere APO-Aktivist und heutige Vorsitzende von Transparency International Deutschland, Hartmut Bäumer, sieht die Parallelen zu früher, Zitat:

„Der Gesundheitsminister und der Innenminister können in gewisser Weise per Verordnung durchregieren. Und das ist fast gefährlicher als die Notstandsgesetze.“

René Schlott. Der Historiker am Leibniz-Zentrum für Zeithistorische Forschung in Potsdam hat in mehreren Veröffentlichungen sein Misstrauen gegenüber den jüngsten Einschränkungen im öffentlichen Leben zum Ausdruck gebracht, 

Zitat: „Die Sorge, die ich von Anfang hatte, ist, dass die Grundrechte zwar ziemlich schnell eingeschränkt werden, aber dass es sehr lange dauert, bis die wieder voll in Kraft treten. Ich weiß nicht genau, ob wir wirklich zum Status quo vor Corona wieder zurückkehren werden eines Tages.“ Zitat Ende.

Es ist dringend notwendig, dass die Gesellschaft großflächig begreift, dass es hier um unsere Demokratische Existenz und die der kommenden Generationen geht. Ich will diese Instrumente, die sie sich geschaffen haben weder in den Händen der aktuellen Regierung sehen und erst recht nicht in den Händen irgendeiner kommenden Partei mit abstrusen Ideen. 

Und die Alten und Schwachen unserer Gesellschaft, müssen verstehen, dass Sie im letzten Jahr nur benutz wurden, im Machtspielchen ein hilfreicher Bauer zu sein. Die Kritiker der Regierung sind die, die euch wirklich geschützt hätten und zwar nicht nur bei Twitter. Jetzt, wo die Machtstrukturen geschaffen sind, kommt immer mehr an die Oberfläche, wie die selbsternannte Obrigkeit über euch denkt. 

Im Spiegel erschien ein Artikel, der da unmissverständlich war. Er hieß: „Lasst den Jungen ein bißchen Biontech übrig.“ 

Weiter kommt dort ein Ärzteehepaar zu Wort, Zitat:

"Wir lassen uns auch nicht mehr unter Druck setzen, erpressen und lehnen jede Art einer Impfforderung ab!“ Zitat Ende.

Nur um dann sofort selbst die Impfforderung zu diktieren, Zitat:

»Wir impfen über 60-jährige Patienten nur noch mit AstraZeneca. Biontech wird solidarisch priorisiert an die jüngeren kranken Patienten geimpft.« Zitat Ende. 

Forderungen sind offensichtlich nur dann gut, wenn man sie selbst stellt. 

Aber der Spiegel haut noch einen drauf. Dort geht es weiter mit, Zitat:

„Jüngere Menschen in Deutschland müssen die Zeche bezahlen: für den Impfstoff-Egoismus gesunder Älterer.“ Zitat Ende. 

Das ist schon starker Tobak, den man hier mit den angeblichen Helden des letzten Jahres abzieht. Aber der Spiegel geht in seinem Wahn sogar noch einen Schritt weiter. Er macht sich fast zum ideologischen Selbstmordattentäter, indem er zugibt, dass der Impfstoff gefährlich ist, Zitat:

„Tatsächlich wird aber Millionen dieser jüngeren Menschen erst mal nichts anderes übrigbleiben, als sich auf diese für sie gefährlicheren, von der StIko ausdrücklich für ihr Alter nicht empfohlenen Impfstoffe einzulassen.“ Zitat Ende. 

Und das Ärztepaar schiebt dann noch hinterher, Zitat: 

»Über ein Jahr waren wir alle solidarisch mit den älteren Menschen«, jetzt fordern wir dies auch von den älteren Menschen.«

Ja, aber echt ey. Ein Jahr Solidarität, jetzt muss aber auch mal wieder gut sein und ab jetzt tragt ihr die Risiken. Die, die wir eigentlich schützen wollten.

Tja, liebe Rentner und Vorerkrankte, so schnell kann es gehen. Da war man eben noch ein ganzes Jahr lange der Stolz dieses Landes, den es mit allen Opfern zu schützen galt, selbst wenn es die Demokratie und das Leben an sich war. Nur um eure unbezahlbare Gesundheit zu schützen. Und schwupps, wird man vom Superhelden zum Impfegoisten. Ihr Alten und Schwachen habt ausgedient. Ihr habt euren Job als Steigbügelhalter mehr als gut erfüllt, aber jetzt geht endlich zur Seite und bremst die Jungen und Gesunden nicht aus! 

Du sollst dir gefälligst die gefährliche Plörre Spritzen lassen, mir steht die halbgefährliche zu, schließlich wollen wir Jungen wegen dem Schmarrn ja nicht draufgehen. Ich bin ja auch gesund und hab noch ein langes Leben vor mir und von dir hat doch dieses Land nichts mehr zu erwarten, kein Win, kein Profit, ihr kostet doch nur, vor allem Blackrock. Und wenn ihr Alten aufmuckt, dann geh ich zum Spiegel und der nennt euch dann Egoisten, weil ihr euch nicht still und leise jeden Scheiß in die Adern spritzen lasst. Ist das nicht eine tolle Welt?! 

Ach, jetzt tut doch nicht so, ihr Unwichtigen, ihr fünftes Rad am Wagen der Gesellschaft. Ihr habt doch nicht wirklich geglaubt, dass wir das alles hier für euch Opfern, oder? Macht Euch nicht lächerlich. Wann ging es in den letzten 30 Jahren auch nur ein einziges Mal um Euch? Hast du noch nie auf deinen Rentenbescheid geschaut, oder bist du schon Altersblind?! Seit Jahrzehnten bashen wir euch in den Medien und lassen euch immer länger arbeiten und zur Belohnung Flaschenpfand sammeln. Bewegung ist schließlich gesund. Ein Akt der Nächstenliebe, quasi. 

Also tut jetzt nicht so überrascht, wir haben uns noch nie für euch interessiert. Wir haben euch nur für ein Jahr als nützlichen Idioten benutzt und ihr wart so naiv es zu fressen. Wie zu Zeiten der Finanzkrise, 

als wir euch haufenweise toxische Papiere verkauft haben. Ihr wisst schon, da, wo wir uns gröhlend eure Rente mit einem Gelschein-Röhrchen ins Hirn gejagt haben. Ach ja, und Nutten. Nutten gabs auch dafür. 

Statt Rente gabs Renate. 

Kapiert es endlich, Ihr bekommt nur die Freiheit, die euch von uns, der Elite, gewährt wird. Und wir saugen Euch bis auf den letzten Tropfen aus.

Basta Zeneca! 

Lasst euch von Berlin nicht erzählen, das Sie sich um euch sorgen würden. Und wenn ihr das schon glaubt, dann prüft es wenigstens. Dann dürfte euch nämlich schnell ein Lichtlein aufgehen. Wir Demokraten sind es nämlich, die es in Wirklichkeit gut mit euch meinen. Wir sind es, welche die Risikogruppen in diesem Winter wirklich geschützt hätten. Wir sind die, die sich nicht mit Maskendeals Millionen in die eigene Tasche gestopft haben, sondern das Gesundheitssystem gestärkt hätten und wir sind die, die sich auf eine breite Wissenschaft stützen und nicht auf eine Handvoll auf Linie gedrillter Staatsdiener in Kitteln. 

In uns müsst ihr euer Vertrauen setzen, wenn ihr den Rechtsstaat und die Demokratie erhalten wollte und die Gesundheit in den Vordergrund stellt und wir sind es, die sich mit aller Macht GEGEN SÄMTLICHE faschistischen Tendenzen stemmen. Um das zu erkennen, müsst ihr nur den Fernseher ausschalten und eurem Verstand zutrauen, ein eigenes Bild zu ergründen. Eine Demokratie besteht nämlich nicht aus blindem Gehorsam der Staatsführung gegenüber. Das man sowas im Jahr 2021 überhaupt erklären muss.

Es kann doch auch nicht euer Ziel sein, das wir hier die Grund- und Menschenrechte verlieren, auf Generationen hinweg eine Krise der nächsten die Klinke in die Hand gibt. Denkt an eure Kinder, an eure Enkelkinder und wenn ihr das nicht besitzt, dann denkt an die Rolle in der Geschichte, die ihr in den kommenden Schulbüchern einnehmen wollt. Wollt ihr die Keimzelle der Unfreiheit sein, der Diktatur? Oder wollt ihr der Ursprung werden, für wahre Freiheit, für Recht und Demokratie. 

Welches Erbe wollt ihr hinterlassen. 

Ihr werdet es entscheiden.

One wished political awareness was more like it was 50 years ago.

 Politicians would not have got away with the Infection Protection Act.  The social consciousness before fascism was still warm, that was still present in the mind.

 Today we are forgotten about history.

 Don't know any more grenades or the air raid alarm.  No house searches or mobilizations.  In 1968 all of this was still in the ear, and because of a lot less, people went on the barricades.

 At that time, the CDU had tried years before to install emergency laws with the withdrawal of fundamental rights, but repeatedly failed due to the headwinds of the FDP.  When the first grand coalition between CDU and SPD was formed in 1966, the desired power finally existed.  Somehow everything repeats itself in history.  So it was the first GroKo that gave basic rights the first blow in the neck and it is the last GroKo for a long time that wants to give us the fatal blow.

 And as so often in history,

 who betrayed us, Social Democrats!

 Unlike today, there was great resistance to the project.  Large demonstrations took place and celebrities like the writer Heinrich Böll showed their solidarity.  The protests were driven by unions and students and supported by business, culture and churches.  Unthinkable today.  And back then you weren't a Nazi if you took to the streets for basic rights.

 Sentences like: "SPD and CDU, leave the Basic Law alone."

 At that time it was just more persistent in the memory that it was no coincidence or negligence that such an authorization was not in the Basic Law.  The original draft of the constitutional convention in August 1948 contained an executive emergency ordinance, including the suspension of fundamental rights, which was based on the Weimar constitution.  With pretty much the same empowerments that we are experiencing right now.  The government should be given the right to issue ordinances and to override fundamental rights in the event of an emergency.  They were also authorized to issue instructions to the federal states.

 However, this article has been actively deleted again.  Because the Parliamentary Council has simply had too bad experiences with Article 48.  After all, this article was one of the coffin nails of German democracy and helped Hitler to power.  After the staged fire in the Reichstag in 1933, the National Socialists introduced a permanent state of emergency with the quote: “Emergency ordinance for the protection of the people and the state”.  Anyone who finds parallels to the current situation or the “Civil Protection Act” can keep them.

 The people who took to the streets in 1968 could not prevent the decision, but with their protest and their pressure they were able to achieve two so-called appeasement changes.  One of them was Article 20, Paragraph 4. An emergency brake for the population in case someone should use these laws to spoil democracy.  A right of resistance for the citizens that takes effect when other remedies are no longer possible!

 It will be interesting to see whether history shows its repetitions here too, and whether the SPD introduces this right of resistance and even triggers it in the end.  In this context, it will be exciting to see how the main judgment turns out in Karlsruhe.  In the worst case, this could take years.  Before such a judgment, it will be difficult to legally prove the missing remedy.  But it is already frightening to see how close we are to such a historical uniqueness.

 The former APO activist and current chairman of Transparency International Germany, Hartmut Bäumer, also sees the parallels to earlier, quote:

 “The Minister of Health and the Minister of the Interior can, to a certain extent, govern by ordinance.  And that's almost more dangerous than the emergency laws. "

 René Schlott.  The historian at the Leibniz Center for Contemporary Historical Research in Potsdam has expressed his distrust of the latest restrictions in public life in several publications,

 Quote: “The concern I had from the beginning is that the basic rights will be restricted fairly quickly, but that it will take a very long time before they come into full force again.  I'm not sure if we will really return to the pre-Corona status quo one day. ”End of quote.

 It is urgently necessary that society comprehensively comprehends that our democratic existence and that of the coming generations are at stake here.  I do not want to see these instruments that you have created in the hands of the current government, and certainly not in the hands of any future party with absurd ideas.

 And the old and weak of our society must understand that in the past year you have only been used to be a helpful farmer in the power game.  The government's critics are the ones who really would have protected you, and not just on Twitter.  Now that the power structures are in place, what the self-appointed authorities think of you is increasingly coming to the surface.

 An article appeared in the mirror that was unmistakable.  It was called: "Leave the boys a little bit of Biontech."

 A couple of doctors also have their say there, quote:

 "We also no longer allow ourselves to be put under pressure, blackmailed and reject any kind of vaccination request!" End of quote.

 Only to then immediately dictate the vaccination request yourself, quote:

 »We only vaccinate patients over 60 with AstraZeneca.  Biontech is vaccinated in solidarity with the younger sick patients. «End of quote.

 Demands are obviously only good if you make them yourself.

 But the mirror goes one better.  There it continues with, quote:

 "Younger people in Germany have to foot the bill: for the vaccine egoism of healthy older people." End of quote.

 That's a lot of stuff that you pull off here with the alleged heroes of last year.  But the mirror goes one step further in its madness.  He almost makes himself an ideological suicide bomber by admitting that the vaccine is dangerous, quote:

 “In fact, millions of these younger people will initially have no choice but to get involved with these vaccines, which are more dangerous for them and which the StIko expressly does not recommend for their age.” End of quote.

 And the doctor couple then pushes afterwards, quote:

 "We were all in solidarity with the elderly for over a year," and now we are asking the elderly to do the same. "

 Yes, but really ey.  A year of solidarity, but now it has to be good again and from now on you bear the risks.  The ones we actually wanted to protect.

 Well, dear retirees and sick people, it can happen that quickly.  For a whole year one was the pride of this country, which had to be protected with all sacrifices, even if it was democracy and life itself.  Just to protect your priceless health.  And hey presto, you go from superhero to vaccine egoist.  You old and weak have had their day.  You have done your job as a stirrup holder more than well, but now step aside and don't slow down the young and healthy!

 You should kindly let yourself have the dangerous blight injections, I'm entitled to the semi-dangerous one, after all we boys don't want to die because of the junk.  I'm also healthy and have a long life ahead of me and this country has nothing more to expect from you, no win, no profit, you only cost, especially Blackrock.  And when you old people get upset, then I go to the mirror and they call you egoists because you don't let every shit squirt into your veins quietly.  Isn't that a great world ?!

 Oh, don't pretend, you unimportant ones, your fifth wheel on the company's wagon.  You didn't really believe that we would sacrifice all of this for you, did you?  Don't be ridiculous.  When has it even been about you once in the last 30 years?  Have you never looked at your pension notification, or are you already old-age blind ?!  We have been bashing you in the media for decades and let you work longer and longer and collect bottle deposits as a reward.  After all, exercise is healthy.  An act of charity, so to speak.

 So don't be so surprised, we've never been interested in you guys.  We've only used you as useful idiots for a year and you were so naive as to eat it.  As in the times of the financial crisis

 when we sold you loads of toxic papers.  You already know, there, where we screamed your retirement with a gel tube into our brains.  Oh yeah, and hookers.  There were hookers for that too.

 Instead of a pension, there was Renate.

 Finally get it, you only get the freedom that is granted to you by us, the elite.  And we suck you up to the last drop.

 Don't let Berlin tell you that you would worry about you.  And if you already believe that, then at least check it out.  Then you should see a little light quickly.  Because it is we Democrats who really mean well with you.  It is we who would have really protected the risk groups this winter.  We are the ones who didn't stuff millions into our own pockets with mask deals, but would have strengthened the health system, and we are the ones who are based on a broad science and not on a handful of state servants in gowns who are drilled in line.

 You have to put your trust in us if you wanted to preserve the rule of law and democracy and put health in the foreground and it is we who stand up to all fascist tendencies with all our might.  To see this, all you have to do is turn off the television and trust your mind to fathom your own picture.  A democracy does not consist of blind obedience to the government.  That you have to explain something like that in 2021.

 It cannot be your goal either that we lose basic and human rights here, that one crisis should hand over the handle to the next for generations to come.  Think of your children, of your grandchildren, and if you don't have that, then think of the role in the story that you want to play in the upcoming school books.  Do you want to be the nucleus of bondage, of dictatorship?  Or do you want to be the origin for true freedom, for law and democracy.

 What legacy do you want to leave behind.
