Es klingt wie Science Fiction, aber es ist geheime Kontrolltechnologie von Militärs und Geheimdiensten, mit der fast ein halbes Jahrhundert lang experimentiert wurde. Völlig ohne Wissen der Öffentlichkeit und sogar der allgemeinen akademischen Bevölkerung. Supercomputer in Maryland, Israel und sonst wo mit einer Geschwindigkeit von mehr als 20 Billionen Bits/Sek können Millionen von Menschen gleichzeitig überwachen. Tatsächlich kann die ganze Weltbevölkerung total kontrolliert werden mit diesen geheimen Gehirn-Computer Interaktionen, wie unglaubhaft es auch klingt für die Uninformierten.Menschliches Denken hat eine Geschwindigkeit von 5.000 bits/sec, und jeder versteht, daß unser Gehirn nicht mithalten kann mit Supercomputern, die per Satelit, Implantaten, örtlichen Einrichtungen, Skalar [orother – Gravitation?] Formen der Biotelemetrie.

Jedes Gehirn hat eine einzigartige Kombination bioelektrischer Resonanz/Zugangsschlüssel. Neuronale Überwachungssysteme mit Supercomputern können Botschaften in das Nervensystem einer implantierten Person senden und ihre Leistungsfähigkeit in jeder erwünschten Form aus der Entfernung beeinflussen. Implantatträger können in der Tat überall verfolgt, aufgefunden und identifiziert werden. Unfreiwillige neuro-elektromagnetische Menschenversuche sind mit der sogenannten „verwundbaren Population“ etwa seit 50 Jahren durchgeführt worden, im Namen der „Wissenschaft“ oder der „Nationalen Sicherheit“ in übelsten Nazi-typischen Experimenten, entgegen allen Menschenrechten. Kein Wunder, daß diese Krankheiten überall auf der Welt zugenommen haben.Wenn die Nutzung elektromagnetischer Felder, ELF (extra-low)- und ULF (ultra-low)-Frequenzen und Mikrowellen, die absichtlich auf bestimmte Individuen, Gruppen und sogar ganze Bevölkerungen gerichtet werden, um Krankheiten, Desorientierung, Chaos und physische und emotionale Schmerzen zu verursachen, in das Bewußtsein der breiten Bevölkerung eindringt, ist ein öffentlicher Aufschrei unvermeidlich. 

ELF/ULF können jedoch auf Radio- und Ultraschallträgersignale aufmoduliert werden. Sie können für Dinge verwendet werden, wie eine Zielperson empfänglicher für Hypnose zu machen, Schlaflosigkeit zu erzwingen oder die Person am Tag zwangsweise in Schlaf fallen zu lassen. Wenn Sie die Wahl haben und ein normaler Mensch bleiben wollen mit einer Privatsphäre, lassen Sie sich oder ihren Kindern keinen DNA-Mikrochip einpflanzen.
