Die portugiesische Hauptstadt Lissabon befindet sich seit Freitag im Ausnahmezustand. Niemand darf die Stadt ohne triftigen Grund betreten, die Einwohner dürfen sie nur mit Sondergenehmigung verlassen. Offizielles Ziel dieser Maßnahme ist die Verhinderung der Ausbreitung der Delta-Variante des Sars-Cov-2-Virus.

Erinnern wir uns an das Geschehen in China vor 18 Monaten: Dort begann man Anfang 2020 unter demselben Vorwand ganze Großstädte abzuriegeln und die Bewegungsfreiheit ihrer Einwohner drastisch einzuschränken. Genützt haben die Maßnahmen nicht, denn innerhalb weniger Wochen ließ sich das Virus auf allen fünf Kontinenten nachweisen.

Was wir in Lissabon erleben, ist also die Wiederholung einer Maßnahme, von der man bereits jetzt weiß, dass sie das von den Verantwortlichen gesetzte Ziel nicht erreichen wird.

Warum also wird so etwas angeordnet?

Um diese Frage zu beantworten, sollte man sich zunächst daran erinnern, dass es nie zur Ausrufung einer pandemischen Lage gekommen wäre, wenn die Weltgesundheitsorganisation WHO ihre Definition einer Pandemie nicht im April 2009 geändert hätte. Bis dahin bestand eine der Grundvoraussetzungen für eine Pandemie in einer „enormen Anzahl von Toten“.

Zudem wurde im Zuge der ersten Krankheitsfälle der Begriff „an und mit einer Krankheit verstorben“ eingeführt – eine Formulierung, die nie zuvor gebraucht wurde und wissenschaftlich ebenso unhaltbar ist wie das Verbot, an Verstorbenen Obduktionen durchzuführen. Beide Maßnahmen haben dazu beigetragen, die offiziellen Todesfall-Statistiken in die Höhe zu treiben.

Die tatsächliche Opferzahl und auch der Altersdurchschnitt der am Virus Verstorbenen offenbaren jedoch etwas völlig anderes: Wir hatten es zu keinem Zeitpunkt mit einem globalen gesundheitlichen Notstand zu tun.

Dafür aber haben die angeordneten Maßnahmen verheerende Folgen gehabt, und das nicht nur im gesundheitlichen Bereich: Parlamente wurden kaltgestellt, Grundrechte in nie dagewesener Weise eingeschränkt und weltweit diktatorische Strukturen errichtet, wie wir sie nur aus den dunkelsten Zeiten des Faschismus kennen.

Warum?

Um die Motive hinter den Maßnahmen zu verstehen, muss man den Blick auf einen Prozess lenken, der in den letzten Jahren monumentale Ausmaße angenommen hat und unser Leben inzwischen vollständig beherrscht: die Konzentration von immer mehr Vermögen und damit von immer mehr Macht in den Händen des digital-finanziellen Komplexes, also der Allianz aus den größten IT-Konzernen und den wichtigsten Finanzinstitutionen der Welt.

Im Gegensatz zur allgemein verbreiteten Auffassung, unser Leben würde weitgehend von der Politik bestimmt, ist es dieser digital-finanzielle Komplex, der in unserer Zeit die richtungsweisenden wirtschaftlichen und politischen Entscheidungen trifft – und zwar im Alleingang und weltweit.

Trotz seiner Macht steht dieser Komplex zurzeit jedoch vor einem historischen Problem: Das bestehende Geldsystem, auf dem seine Herrschaft basiert, droht, nachdem es über ein Jahrzehnt lang von den Zentralbanken künstlich am Leben erhalten wurde, endgültig zu kollabieren und muss deshalb durch ein neues ersetzt werden.

Dafür gibt es bereits einen Plan: die Einführung von halb-privaten digitalen Zentralbankwährungen. Diese aber werden die Menschen der vollständigen Überwachung und der totalen Kontrolle durch Staat und digital-finanziellen Komplex ausliefern. Ihre Einführung würde daher unter normalen Umständen auf gewaltigen sozialen Widerstand stoßen.

Aus diesem Grund haben sich die führenden Kräfte im digital-finanziellen Komplex ganz offensichtlich für die Strategie des Great Reset entschieden: Sie nutzen die Endphase des bestehenden Finanzsystems, um es nach allen Regeln der Kunst zu plündern und führen so ganz bewusst seinen vollständigen Zusammenbruch herbei.

Sobald dieser Zusammenbruch, der mit schweren sozialen Verwerfungen einhergehen wird, erfolgt, warten sie dann mit dem neuen Geld auf – allerdings nicht als Zwangsmaßnahme, sondern als humanitäre Aktion, indem sie es den millionenfach von Arbeits- und Obdachlosigkeit Bedrohten – gewissenmaßen als rettenden Strohhalm – in Form des universellen Grundeinkommens präsentieren.

Das Ganze ist ein riskantes Manöver, denn sein erfolgreicher Abschluss setzt voraus, dass die Mehrheit der Menschen sich diesem Weg in die digitale Gefangenschaft nicht widersetzt. Aus diesem Grund ist der digital-finanzielle Komplex gezwungen, bis zur Erreichung seines Ziels alles dafür zu tun, die Menschen in Schach zu halten, ihren Widerstand zu brechen und für ein Höchstmaß an Kontrolle, Überwachung und Einschüchterung zu sorgen.

Genau diesem Zweck dürften Willkürmaßnahmen, wie die Abriegelung der portugiesischen Hauptstadt dienen, die im Übrigen nicht wegen einer tödlichen Seuche, sondern wegen einer Erkrankung erfolgt, deren Symptome aus Kopfschmerzen, Schnupfen und rauer Kehle bestehen.

 To answer this question, one should first remember that a pandemic situation would never have been declared if the World Health Organization had not changed its definition of a pandemic in April 2009.  Until then, one of the basic requirements for a pandemic was an "enormous number of deaths".

 In addition, in the course of the first cases of illness, the term “died of and with an illness” was introduced - a formulation that has never been used before and is just as scientifically untenable as the ban on performing autopsies on the deceased.  Both of these measures have helped to drive up official death statistics.

 However, the actual number of victims and the average age of those who died from the virus reveal something completely different: at no point did we have to deal with a global health emergency.

 On the other hand, the measures ordered have had devastating consequences, and not only in the health sector: Parliaments have been sidelined, basic rights have been restricted in unprecedented ways and dictatorial structures have been set up worldwide, as we know them only from the darkest times of fascism.

 Why?

 In order to understand the motives behind the measures, one has to direct one's gaze to a process that has assumed monumental proportions in recent years and has now completely dominated our lives: the concentration of ever more wealth and thus more and more power in the hands of the  digital-financial complex, i.e. the alliance of the largest IT groups and the most important financial institutions in the world.

 Contrary to the generally accepted view that our lives are largely determined by politics, it is this digital-financial complex that makes the trend-setting economic and political decisions in our time - single-handedly and worldwide.

 Despite its power, this complex is currently facing a historical problem: the existing monetary system on which its rule is based threatens to collapse after being artificially kept alive by the central banks for over a decade and must therefore be replaced by a new one  become.

 There is already a plan for this: the introduction of semi-private digital central bank currencies.  These, however, will deliver people up to complete surveillance and total control by the state and the digital-financial complex.  Its introduction would therefore, under normal circumstances, meet with tremendous social opposition.

 For this reason, the leading forces in the digital-financial complex have obviously opted for the strategy of the Great Reset: They are using the end phase of the existing financial system to plunder it according to all the rules of the art and thus deliberately bring about its complete collapse.

 As soon as this collapse, which will go hand in hand with severe social upheaval, comes up with the new money - not as a coercive measure, but as a humanitarian action by using it - to a certain extent as a saving straw - for the millions of people threatened by unemployment and homelessness.  present in the form of the universal basic income.
